New release of the master distillers seventh generation, Jim Beam Double Oak is expertly aged then matured in a second oak barrel. Like all bourbons, the new Jim Beam Double Oak is crafted in charred oak. Its rich flavor comes from being aged a second time in another freshly charred barrel. This allows the bourbon to have greater contact with the flavour-giving charred oak wood, drawing out perfectly balanced depths that are woodier and richer.
